How Does This Tool Work?
The tool displays a sample Bangla paragraph. As soon as you start typing that text in the box below, a timer starts. As you type, the tool checks each character—showing correct ones in green and incorrect ones in red. Upon finishing the entire text, three results are displayed:
- WPM (Words Per Minute) — How many words you were able to type per minute.
- Accuracy — What percentage of the total typed characters were correct.
- Time — How long it took to type the entire text.
The rule for calculating WPM is—total correctly typed characters divided by 5 (an average word is considered to be 5 characters), and then divided by the time in minutes.
How to Use
- Load the tool — A sample text will be displayed as soon as the tool loads.
- Start typing — Begin typing that exact text in the text box below; the timer starts the moment you type the first character.
- Finish the text — Type the entire text word-for-word until complete.
- View results — Your WPM, accuracy, and time will automatically be displayed as soon as you finish writing.
- Restart — If you want to try again, click the "Restart / New Text" button—a different sample text will appear each time.
